- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Topping
- 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
- Maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, water, and oats in a medium pot. Place on medium-high heat and stir to combine.
- Cover the pot for ten minutes, stirring occasionally, so the bottom does not burn.
- Add cocoa powder and stir to combine, this may take a while. Let the oatmeal cook uncovered for another 10-15 minutes continuing to stir occasionally. The amount of cook time depends on how soft you like your oats.
- Garnish with coconut flakes.
