Vegan Chocolate Oatmeal


  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder


  • 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • Maple syrup


  1. Combine coconut milk, water, and oats in a medium pot. Place on medium-high heat and stir to combine.
  2. Cover the pot for ten minutes, stirring occasionally, so the bottom does not burn.
  3. Add cocoa powder and stir to combine, this may take a while. Let the oatmeal cook uncovered for another 10-15 minutes continuing to stir occasionally. The amount of cook time depends on how soft you like your oats.
  4. Garnish with coconut flakes.
