Zestfull was founded in 2020 by Shahla Rashid and Kortney Kwong Hing to bring about awareness and education around the social, emotional and physical impact of living with food allergies.
Zestfull’s Board of Directors is comprised of global community leaders who know what it’s personally like to manage allergies, asthma and eczema. The Board of Directors works closely together and oversees our team to ensure Zestfull’s mission and goals are always central to our practices.
President, Co-Founder
Shahla is a mom of two girls who live with environmental allergies such as asthma and eczema. Their food allergies include tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and other seeds.
Shahla is trained as a Natural Chef who wants to share the comfort that cooking has brought her family. She believes that everyone, regardless of dietary requirements, deserves a plate full of color and flavor.
Vice President, Co-Founder
Kortney is your typical atopic triad! She manages asthma, eczema, environmental and food allergies. Kortney is a co-creator of the online community Allergy Travels and co-host of The Itch Podcast.
She wants to spread joy in a community that can easily see the hard side of life with atopic disease and believes that you can have a full life with food allergies, it may just be lived a little differently!
Secretary
Dr. Payel Gupta is a triple board-certified in Allergy & Immunology, Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. Dr. Gupta is the CMO & Co-Founder of Cleared, an online allergy clinic. She co-hosts The Itch Podcast with Kortney.
She lives with asthma, eczema and environmental allergies and knows what it’s like to be a patient! Dr. Gupta loves to travel, dance and spend time with family and friends.
